Upcycled Blue and Orange Polaroid Sun 600 - Cleaned and Tested

This camera creates either Color or Black-and-White prints depending on the film cartridge you use. Next to the camera is a print I just shot with this camera using New Color Impossible Project film.

This is a Sun 600 Polaroid Camera, cleaned, tested and upcylced with fun Blue and Orange. The power for the built in flash comes from the battery in the film cartridge so there is no issues with leaking batteries. On top of the camera are two indicators, one showing when the flash is charging and the other when the flash is charged and ready.

Film (600 style) for the Sun 600 is available through The Impossible Project in a wide variety of frame designs both in Color and Black-and-White prints.

This Polaroid is in nice shape, with an original adjustable neck strap and rubber view finder eye piece. I cleaned the rollers, lenses, and shot photos. This model of the Polaroid 600 series lets you take a photo without the flash too via a dual shutter button. There is a slider on the front of the camera to get a better shot when the background of the photographed area is over bright or over dark.

The upcycled Green and Red is a bit of fun I added when I had the camera apart for cleaning.
