Polaroid Original Red CoolCam 600 Camera - Tested, Repaired, Cleaned, now ready for fun

Sometime, you just want a classic the way it was originally. Keep it simple and enjoy taking Polaroid pictures.

The Cool Cam line from Polaroid is a Sun with the factory with colorful areas. For this version, the 'Cool Cam' text is on the back, and next to the flash, as well the Red face are all part of this Polaroid. Also, a bright red neck strap, all original. I have disassembled this camera, tested and replaced as needed internal components, cleaned inside and out, assembled, then tested again.

This camera creates either Color or Black-and-White prints depending on the film cartridge you use. Seen next to the camera is a photo I just took with this camera. Film (600 style) for the Cool Cam 600 is available through Polaroid in a variety of frame designs (both in Color and Black and White prints).

On top of the camera is a indicator to show when the flash is charged/ready. The power for the flash comes from the battery in the film cartridge so there is no issues with leaking batteries.

This model of the Polaroid 600 lets you take a photo without the flash too via a dual shutter button. There is a slider on the front of the camera to get a better shot when the background of the photographed area is over bright or over dark.
