SX70 Model 1 - Rebuild, New Textured Orange Skins, Updated to use 600 Type film cartridges

Rebuild Model 1 SX70 with split circle focus and new textured orange skins. Upgraded to shoot the faster 600 type film cartridges. Please note that this original model did not have a tripod mounting hole and did not have neck strap loops built in. A great camera to toss in a bag or even carry in larger pockets.

The original SX-70 offers a famous package of features:
- You see exactly what your taking a picture of, the view finder looks through the front photo lens
- The manual focus dial will let you photograph items down to a foot out to infinity using a split circle alignment.
- The shutter auto adjusts from 1/175 second to 5+ seconds
- Auto aperture adjusts from f8 to f22.
- Glass lens is 116mm f8, 4 element

The Polaroid film cartridges have a battery built in so there is no worries of leaking batteries or more things to buy.

The normal SX-70 uses the SX70 Style film, it is fine. But, the 600 film is much faster for moving subjects and lower light. The need to use 600 film is why most people move from a SX-70 to the SLR680. When using a flash with this camera, the disposable flash bar is too bright for the 600 speed film so you should use a Mint Electronic Flash at 1/2 power.
